Dr. Catharine Carroll started studying music at the age of 17. After six months of viola lessons, she was accepted into the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Carroll has since collaborated with prominent artists such as Gil Shaham, Jaime Laredo, Sarah Chang, Nadja-Solerno Sonnenberg, and members of the Cleveland Quartet, American Quartet, LaSalle Quartet, Amernet Quartet, and Beaux Arts Trio. She has since taken over directorship of the viola studio at CCM. She is also a fitness model, as you can tell.
